This is a Black-Tie themed wedding, and we encourage you to embrace the opportunity to dress up and enjoy the occasion! The traditional Black-Tie attire is as follows: Women are welcome to wear black dresses, and men are requested to wear black suits with a white button-down shirt and black tie. However, if you prefer not to dress in black or darker colors, please know that we completely understand and are simply thrilled to have you join us on our special day. A small request for women: Kindly refrain from wearing white, ivory, or cream, as those colors are reserved for the bride.

We kindly ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes early. The ceremony will be taking place at the back of the Boulder Flatts in the outdoor courtyard. Upon arrival, feel free to stop in the lobby to drop off any gifts and take a look around. We just ask that you please avoid going through or into the reception hall area until after the ceremony has concluded. To reach the ceremony, you can walk around the back to the fenced courtyard area, where you’ll find guest seating. If you happen to arrive late, we kindly ask that you remain in the lobby until an appropriate time to enter.

If your children are included in the invitation, please feel free to bring them along, or you may choose to decline their RSVP if you have made alternative childcare arrangements. OUR REQUEST: We kindly ask that parents remain mindful and respectful during the ceremony and key moments of the reception, such as the first dances and speeches. We would appreciate it if disruptions, such as loud crying or screaming, are kept to a minimum during these special moments. Should such disruptions occur, we suggest utilizing the beautiful lobby at our venue to calm your little ones. This request is made with the utmost respect and love for everyone attending our celebration.

The ceremony is going to be outdoors (weather permitting), so please be prepared. We will be providing hand fans. BUT if the weather does not cooperate, we will move the ceremony indoors at the venue.

We wish we were made out of money, but unfortunately it will be a 'Cash Bar', so bring your wallet.

Yes, we will have two back-to-back shuttles at the end of the night that will transport back to the Boarders Inn & Suites (where we have the hotel blocks). The times of the shuttles will be posted in the lobby by the Cards + Gifts table on the wedding day.
